Building located in the historic center of Malaga (Spain).
Malaga is one of the best cities in Spain to go sightseeing.
We build a new building next to an existing building. It is an area in which the surroundings and the type of buildings of the place must be respected.

 We want to respect the area but at the same time introduce a touch of design. We emphasize the access to the building with a small wink on the facade with a diagonal line that we highlight with the entrance to the parking lot.

The concept is the cubist paintings of Pablo Picasso, an important artist worldwide, born in the city of Malaga.

 At the top of the building is the most attractive area of ​​the building, the roof terrace with terrace and pool, from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the city.
